Affiliates are members of the UMB community who are not employees in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and not students in the Student Information Management System (SIMS).

Affiliate accounts are managed in the Community System (CS).  These accounts are Sponsored and Approved, and must be renewed on a regular basis, typically every year.
