VPN (Virtual Private Network)

You do NOT need to use VPN for the following services:

Using MS Office365

MS Office365 can be accessed by logging into https://portal.office.com.  For more information about Office 365 and other supported applications, click here for additional information.

Using Webex

Webex can be accessed by logging into https://umaryland.webex.com (Webex Meetings) and https://teams.webex.com (Webex Teams). 

Note:  You may also download the applications on your computer or on your mobile device via the Apple and Play Store.

Prerequisite #1:  You must contact your technical support team and confirm you have been added to a valid VPN group. Please notate the group assigned. It is required to login to VPN. 

Prerequisite #2:  You must have the Palo Alto GlobalProtect client installed on the device (PC, laptop or tablet) connecting to VPN.
