Dubin has a long history as a leader in business innovation and development in the biotech and health and wellness industries. He is currently a principal in SDA Ventures LLC, a Maryland-based firm focused on assisting emerging growth and middle market companies, primarily in the health and wellness, functional ingredient, and nutritional product markets on matters including corporate development, business acquisition, customer relations, growth strategies, and corporate finance. 

Through SDA, he serves as senior advisor to Paine Schwartz Partners, a global private equity investment firm, located in Ney York, Chicago, and San Francisco, for the purpose of working with Paine to identify and execute investment opportunities in the global human and animal food and nutritional products industries. In addition, Dubin is a member of the boards of Adicet Bio Inc., Alcresta, Inc., Phytolon LTD. and Triton Algae Innovations. Dubin is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and received his JD from the National Law center at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has served on the UMBF Board of Trustees since 2017.
