  • HARBOR Data goes before Congress

    Dr. Brian Browne, chair, Department of Emergency Medicine, and Dr. Zachary Dezman, Emergency Medicine, testified before the Senate Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism regarding the opioid crisis. Data pulled from the Research HARBOR were utilized in their testimony.

The Research HARBOR (Helping Advance Research By Organizing Resources) is an interactive, web-based platform that centralizes clinical research activities at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Through this initiative, researchers can request datasets and assistance with biostatistics and informatics, learn about subject recruitment, find clinical research education, and access regulatory compliance resources.
