Yankellow is the president and chief executive officer of Correct Rx Pharmacy Services, Inc., a privately owned and operated institutional pharmacy in Hanover, Md. Correct Rx Pharmacy serves more than 200,000 patients annually in correctional and juvenile facilities, residential treatment programs, and senior care facilities. Yankellow is a national leader in the advancement of clinical pharmacy for institutions and is regarded as one of the leading women pharmacists in the country. She started Correct Rx after a long career as a top pharmacy service executive. Her business model is based on award-winning innovative clinical programs offering the best possible health outcome and cost-effective treatment. 

Yankellow’s phenomenal business success is equally matched by her commitment to and passion for community activism and philanthropy. She serves on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations including University of Maryland-School of Pharmacy Board of Visitors, University of Maryland Baltimore Foundation, Inc. Board of Trustees, The Carter Center Board of Trustees, Executive Alliance, St. Mary’s Seminary and University Executive Committee and Board, Catholic Community Foundation Board of Trustees, the Seton Shrine National Leaders Council, and part of the United Way of Central Maryland Leadership and Philanthropic Network. 

Yankellow graduated from UMSOP with a BSP in 1973 and a PharmD in 1996. She has served on the UMBF Board of Trustees since 2014.
