1.  Complete the training by following this link Percipio Course Introduction to the UMB PCard Program.

• Retain copy of certificate in Percipio by clicking on My Profile in the top right corner, selecting Activity, and then clicking the 3 dots to the right of the course.

  

2. Set up the UMB PCard Reallocation role in Quantum by completing the Quantum Financials User Authorization form.

3. Complete the Application

• Option A: Use *NEW* automated Cardholder Application through DocuSign template.
  *Please contact pcard-admin@umaryland.edu if you are having any issues with the new automated DocuSign Application.

• Option B: Download the Cardholder Application from Forms - SSAS and email the training certificate (from step 1) and application to pcard-admin@umaryland.edu
  *Option B will be phased out by FY2025.
