Monique Davis 

Monique is a first-year student from Annapolis, MD. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Social Work focusing on Clinical Behavioral Health but also tailors her studies towards education on the development of programs that promote financial well-being within poverty stricken communities. She graduated with a BA in Psychology from Coppin State University. Monique is a victim’s assistance specialist for the National Center for Victims of Crime. At the SSW, she is a member of the Organization of African-American Students in Social Work (OASIS). Monique is also a part of the President’s Student Leadership Institute. In her free time she enjoys eating, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Tiffany-Ann Osong 
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Tiffany is an advanced year student at the School of Social Work (SSW). She graduated with a BA in Sociology from Stony Brook University. Tiffany is an AmeriCorps alum, having served with City Year DC and SSW's Promise Heights. Tiffany aims to build a career advocating for black children and families in Baltimore and beyond, through involvement in research and policy evaluation relating to social determinants of health and education outcomes. Currently at SSW, Tiffany is a research assistant with Promise Heights and Chair of the Organization of African American Students in Social Work (OASIS). She also serves as president of USGA affiliated group, United Students of African Descent (USAD). In her free time, Tiffany enjoys being surround by family, friends and nature.
