Operational Excellence

The Office of Operational Excellence was created in October of 2019 to drive and support business process improvement projects  utilizing project management and change management techniques.

The office has worked with Design & Construction to implement over 50 change initiatives ranging from project status reports to internal project control documents. In September 2021, in partnership with Operations and Maintenance, the office launched the institution wide work order software, AiM. Learn more about our current and past initiatives here.
