The Operational Excellence team coordinates and executes change initiatives that span several departments across the university, initiatives that involve a single department or unit, as well as projects that collaborate with external partners and university affiliates. Design & Construction 2020-2021 Project Management Changes   Executed over 50 change initaitives within D&C including internal processes and customer focused reports, such as the project status report.
Operations & Maintenance 2020-2021 AiM Software Implementation Built over 60 business processes into an integrated enterprise wide facilities work order software that receives and sends data to 3 other systems on campus. Launched in September 2021.
Environmental Health & Safety 2022 Program Changes Currently in data discovery phase for this project.
