The Operational Excellence team has developed a structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change for any project. The Core Team method is designed to increase the capacity for change and responsiveness from the department while using PROSCI change management methods. 

The Operational Excellence staff works with the department to establish a Core Team, comprised of an executive sponsor, technical experts, a project manager and a change manager for the desired project. The Core Team is responsible for tracking all project deliverables, feedback, and evaluating change adoption, and resistance to change throughout the project lifecycle. Through structured and intentional interactions, the Core Team supports each person through their individual change transformation, ultimately increasing the speed of adoption of the change.
