Non-Emergency

  • If you need assistance with health issues not requiring urgent or emergency care, you can still contact International SOS at +1 215 942 8226 (24/7), which will be able to indicate which clinic offers the best available care and/or which pharmacy holds the medicine that you need.
  • BE AWARE, however, that International SOS is NOT a health insurance provider. For routine medical care, you should consider purchasing travel insurance or check with your health insurance carrier to see whether they provide coverage abroad.
  • For situations like lost or stolen passports, you should contact the U.S. Embassy, or embassy of your primary citizenship, in your destination country. The embassy may be able to resolve your problem or offer guidance and resources to assist you.
  • To learn how the U.S. Embassy can assist you in cases like stolen passports or in non-emergency situations, you should consult the travel.state.gov

If you are not sure what type of assistance you need, contact the International Operations security team at +1 (410) 706-0300 (24/7).
