During a medical emergency:  

• Go to the nearest clinic or hospital identified in the list of ISOS-vetted clinics and hospitals
• Contact International SOS at their 24/7 phone number: +1 215 942 8226 (24/7)
  • Provide ISOS with your name, the ISOS membership I.D. number, your medical condition, and the address and phone number of the hospital or medical facility where you are located.
• International SOS will monitor your case to help facilitate additional treatment as necessary.
• Notify the International Operations team by contacting the International Operations Incident Reporting Hotline (24/7) at +1 (410) 706-0300. Ensure that you can report your location and the phone number where you can be reached.
