During a medical emergency:

Go to the nearest clinic or hospital identified in the list of International SOS-vetted clinics and hospitals

Contact International SOS at their 24/7 phone number: +1 215 942 8226. Provide them with your name, the UMB International SOS membership ID - 11BCAS519702, your medical condition, and the address and phone number of the hospital or medical facility where you are located.

International SOS will monitor your case to help facilitate additional treatment as necessary.

Notify the International Operations team by contacting the International Operations Incident Reporting Hotline at +1 (410) 706-0300. Ensure that you can report your location and the phone number where you can be reached.
