Anxiety Toolbox - Psychoeducational Groups
Do you want to learn new strategies to manage stress and anxiety? Or maybe be more consistent with coping skills for difficult situations? The Anxiety Toolbox groups are three weekly, one-hour skill-based sessions offered this semester to help you better understand anxiety and how to change your thinking and behavior to reduce it. Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions, as each session builds on information from previous meetings. To accommodate students’ schedules, the workshops will be offered at two different start dates in the fall 2018 semester:
Anxiety Toolbox (Monday group):
Mondays, Sept. 24, Oct. 1, and Oct. 8, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Anxiety Toolbox Session (Wednesday group):
Wednesdays, Oct. 31, Nov. 7, and Nov. 14, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
