Academic Program Assessment and Improvement Report (APAIR)

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Strategic Planning, and Assessment, in conjunction with the Center for Information Technology Services, developed the Academic Program Assessment and Improvement Report (APAIR) to facilitate the documentation of assessment activities at the school and program level to advance UMB's culture of assessment.

APAIR can be accessed via links on this page utilizing the single sign-on UMB Portal.

Important Dates

July 21, 2023 - APAIR Opens for Initial Submissions of Program Reviews and Goal-Setting

November 30, 2023 - Initial Submission Period Closes


 

Login Procedure and Instructions

The login for the Academic Program Assessment and Improvement Report (APAIR) is integrated into the UMB Portal (Single Sign On).  Separate login IDs and passwords are not needed.

The same link to APAIR is used by all system users, regardless of role.

APAIR User Roles

  • Approver - Can enter, edit, and approve program information, goals and keywords for the assigned program
  • Contributor - Can enter and edit program information, goals and keywords but cannot approve on behalf of assigned unit
  • View Only - Can view program informaion, goals and keywords for the assigned unit
