Accreditation of UMB Programs

UMB was first accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education in 1921. The most recent on-site evaluation was April 2016.  At its session on June 23, 2016 the Middle States Commission on Higher Education acted to reaffirm accreditation and to commend UMB for the quality of the self-study process and report.  The next self-study evaluation is scheduled for 2024-2025.

Documents relating to previous site visits and periodic review reports can be viewed online or in hard copy at the Thurgood Marshall Law Library or the Health Sciences and Human Services Library.

Programs in each professional school also are accredited (click to see list)
