The Office of the Controller maintains listings of unclaimed funds received by the University. These funds may result from returned payments, unidentified deposits, or other transactions that could not be applied to an identified account.
Review the files below to determine whether funds may be owed to you or your department:

- ACH & Wire Unclaimed Revenue
- RSTARS Unclaimed Revenue
- Cash-Check deposited at UMB Unclaimed Revenue
How to Claim Funds
To request release of unclaimed funds, submit a written request along with supporting documentation to the appropriate office:
- Non-Sponsored Funds: GeneralAccounting@umaryland.edu
- Sponsored Funds: SPACcollections@umaryland.edu
Please include sufficient documentation to verify ownership of the funds and provide applicable account information to facilitate review.
