We provide a full graphic design service to help you communicate your message. We can produce a variety of print and digital marketing materials for your promotions such as brochures, advertisements, magazines, flyers, invitations, posters, mailers, environmental graphics, digital graphics, and more!

What Is Needed to Submit a Design Request ▾
This is everything you need to be able to submit a design request:

Know the product you want (brochure, card, flyer, etc.).
Select “yes” to “Is this project an estimate?” if you are looking for an estimate before we start the project.
Provide the name of your project.
Indicate if there is a deadline.
Choose a size. This is the final size you would like your product to be. For example, for web, a standard web slider is 740x400 pixels. (Please reference The Web Image Specifications Sheet for sizing questions.) For print, it would be the size of the paper you want to use (8.5x11, half-letter, etc.).
Indicate if you would like us to design it.
Indicate if you want our editorial staff to edit it.
Provide a full website address (include the https://) if you want a QR code on your product.
Include a few sentences about what you would like to be displayed on the product.
Attach an image, if you have one in mind, to the file uploads. If not, we can use a stock image (costs range from $10 to $33). Give us an idea of what type of image you are looking for. Note: This image should match the image used on any corresponding eboard.
Provide any additional files you’d like us to reference.
Provide contact name, department, email, and phone number.
Provide payment information (project ID, source, organization, activity, purpose, function).

For Print Design

Indicate paper preference (Cardstock, cover, lightweight).
Indicate print quantity (number you want printed).
Provide an address for the prints to be delivered to.
Indicate if you are using your own printing services.

For Eboard Design

Send us the following information in your design work request:

One to three sentences of text. Our editors will review this before we design the eboard.
A URL if there is one and note if you want us to add a QR code to the eboard.
Official title, date, time, and location if this is an event.
An image if you have one in mind. If not, we can use a stock image (costs range from $10 to $33). Give us an idea of what type of image you’d like to use.
Which buildings you want the eboard to run in.
The date range you want the eboard to run.
