University Administered Insurance Plans

University policy requires that all full-time students carry health insurance. If you have neither enrolled nor filed a waiver by the deadline, you will be automatically enrolled for individual coverage and charged accordingly on your tuition bill. The deadline to submit the waiver is Sept. 15, 2017, for fall enrollment and Feb. 15, 2018, for spring enrollment. Students who do not submit this form by the deadline will be automatically enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).

Coverage for the fall semester is Aug. 1-Jan. 31.

Coverage for the spring semester is Feb. 1-July 31.

Eligibility for each semester is contingent on enrollement in classes for that semester.
