Quantum Human Capital Management (QHCM) Project Timeline Extension
The QHCM Project timeline has been extended, which will directly affect the system’s go-live date. The new go-live date for Quantum One will be October 12, 2026.
Our goal is to empower every user to confidently navigate the new system, adapt to evolving business processes, and embrace their roles within Quantum One. The extension will allow for:
- Deeper understanding of user roles and responsibilities
- Additional time for users to engage in training
- Users to adapt their business processes to the new system
Due to the timeline extension, the previously announced cutover deadlines are no longer valid. Look for more information on the updated deadlines coming soon. The existing training schedule will continue to expand as additional sessions are added leading up to the new go-live date, providing opportunities for the entire campus to complete their required training, attend refresher sessions, and experience live demonstrations. Don’t Delay – Get Quantum One Trained Today!
The new HR and Payroll system, Quantum One, is coming to UMB on October 12th, 2026. All UMB faculty and staff will use the new system.
Employees should complete assigned training in Percipio’s “My Learning” section prior to October 12th, 2026.
