Quantum HCM will touch every worker at UMB, and your training needs are always top of mind.  The QHCM Training Team is committed to providing the following:

• Comprehensive end-to-end, role-based learning paths
• A combination of active and self-service training methods
• A centralized location to access training, reference, and support materials

We’re excited to share two new learning tools coming to UMB that will be utilized during the QHCM Project.

Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) will “live” in Quantum HCM, available at your fingertips when you need it. In targeted areas in QHCM you’ll be able to pop it open when you need a little extra support as you work. 

uPerform, our new training development software, is already being introduced to our UMB community. For QHCM, uPerform is being designed to be your home for training and reference materials, including links to OGL content.

We can’t wait to share more as we build out these tools for you.
