The Quantum HCM Implementation Project Executive Sponsors are active and visible leaders who support the project across all levels of management at UMB. They are also responsible for collaboratively establishing the project vision, goals, and strategic objectives for the Quantum HCM implementation as well as approve the project’s implementation scope, approach, time frame, and budget.
