Sponsors share why they are excited about Quantum HCM

Dawn Rhodes

UMB is fully committed to bringing innovation and discovery to the forefront in all that we do, and the Quantum HCM Project aligns with those core values exceptionally well in that it will change the way UMB employees experience HR and Payroll processes.

A large reason I support this project fully is the cultural transformation that will foster excellence in the way our UMB Community will experience the employee life cycle from the interactions before they’re even hired all the way to their retirement. This seamless management of all of the pivotal phases an employee will experience while at UMB will ultimately ensure a positive and cohesive experience.

Peter Murray

The Quantum HCM Project will bring many positive shifts for UMB, and one I am most excited about is the strategic move towards a seamlessly integrated system that links HCM with our current Quantum systems – Financials, Analytics, and Planning & Budgeting.

This integration will streamline our operations and enhance data accuracy across the board. Additionally, the incorporation of state-of-the-art AI and integrated help features will elevate the user experience to a whole new level, leveraging the most advanced technologies to not only empower our workforce but also increase efficiency.

Scott Bitner

One of the many reasons I support the Quantum HCM Project wholeheartedly is because of its capability to significantly improve efficiency and effectiveness by replacing labor-intensive manual processes, such as ePaf and Position Management, with enhanced automated workflows.

This transition for UMB will not only reduce the current manual workload our employees face each day but also ensure greater workflow transparency for all users, making it a pivotal step towards optimizing our operations.
