UMB Police and Public Safety's partnership with the University of Maryland School of Social Work (UMSSW) provides important resources to vulnerable communities. Police officers and community members are encouraged to use this form for referral of UMB Police and Public Safety and UMSSW social work services. 

After completing this form, the individual or family being referred will be assigned a social work intern placed through the UMSSW at UMB Police and Public Safety to provide case management and resource support. Referrals can be made at any time and will be reviewed by an administrator.

Please note: Social work interns will respond to referrals on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. only.
