Well-Being

About Launch Your Life
Launch Your Life is UMB’s employee well-being program, designed to support the whole person through structured initiatives grounded in five key well-being dimensions. Each dimension is explored over a two-month period to allow for deeper engagement and continuity. Monthly themes align with national health observances and are thoughtfully selected to reflect and reinforce the current well-being dimension in focus. The year concludes with a holistic wrap-up that integrates all dimensions, reinforcing whole-person wellness.
