Each ELEVATE cohort brings together people from across UMB who are closest to the work and interested in finding better ways to approach it. Participants learn the ELEVATE methodology, explore opportunities for improvement, and build the skills to help others examine and improve their processes.

Meet the First ELEVATE Cohort

The first ELEVATE cohort brings together 16 faculty and staff members from across UMB. As the inaugural group, they are helping establish the foundation for ELEVATE and shape how the initiative will grow across the University.

Through training and hands-on experience, cohort members will learn how to identify opportunities, understand how processes work today, explore potential improvements, and help put new approaches into practice.

Growing ELEVATE Across UMB

The first cohort is just the beginning. Future cohorts will expand the community of employees equipped to support continuous improvement throughout UMB.

As ELEVATE grows, each cohort will add new perspectives, ideas, and expertise to the initiative, helping more people across the University identify opportunities, share what works, and make meaningful improvements to the way we work.
