Quality improvement is the cornerstone of DNP education and has shaped much of my work as a clinician, educator, and academic leader. I am excited about UMB ELEVATE because I am passionate about identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and outcomes, and I look forward to learning new strategies for leading operational innovation across complex academic organizations. I am especially eager to connect with colleagues from different disciplines and gain fresh perspectives on effective organizational change and leadership.
