I am excited to participate in the UMB ELEVATE Continuous Improvement Initiative because it offers an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across UMB and contribute to meaningful process improvements. I believe continuous improvement is essential to creating more efficient, effective, and responsive services for our campus community and outside stakeholders. Through this initiative, I hope to gain new tools and approaches for identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance outcomes. I am particularly interested in learning how improvement opportunities will be prioritized and measured across the institution. I look forward to applying what I learn to support operational excellence within my own area of responsibility as well as the entire University.
