For nearly 20 years, I have been passionate about continuous improvement and its ability to make work more efficient and rewarding for the people doing it. Building on years of practical experience, I earned my Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2019 and remain especially motivated to pursue improvements that deliver meaningful operational and financial results. Through ELEVATE, I’m excited to help cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across UMB while learning from experienced practitioners how to effectively facilitate formal Rapid Improvement Events within a higher education environment.
