Group Exercise

Registration Instructions

  1. Click on this link to access our URecFit Live portal! You do not need to create a profile if you're a UMB employee, staff, or faculty! You can use your UMB credentials to sign in.
  2. Once you are in the portal, make sure you click on the group exercise section and the class that you want.
  3. The class will show up and have all the occurrences of the class that occur within a 24-hour period of the start time. Remember, you can only register 24 hours in advance of the class. Click on the class that you would like to attend and select Register.

  5. Remember, all reservations are held up to 10 minutes before the beginning of the class.
  6. To cancel your class reservation, click on your name or username in the upper-right corner and select Profile. Look to the left navigation under Personal Information and select Programs. Your program registrations will be listed and you may select Cancel to cancel your reserved spot.

In-person Class Registration

  1. For in-person classes please follow the instructions above for registration.
  2. You may register in person at our patron desk, but registrations are limited and there may not spots available. Registering ahead of time is strongly recommended.
  3. If you are a walk-in participant you must check in at the patron desk to register with our staff and if there are spots available they can add you to the class.
  4. Once you register a wristband will be given to you by our staff and you must take it with you to class and show to the instructor. You do not need to wear the wristband, but it must be shown to the instructor.
  5. If you do not have a wristband you will be asked to leave because of our space limitations
  6. Masks are not required, but you are more than welcome to wear one if you prefer.

Registration Instructions

  1. Click on this link to access our URecFit Live Portal!
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see our full virtual schedule located in the Calendar widget.
  3. Click on the class you would like to take and log in. 
    1. If you are a UMB Student or Faculty/Staff, click on "Sign in with UMID" and sign in using your UMB credentials.
    2. If you are a current URecFit and Wellness Affiliated member and have a portal account, click on All Other Members.
    3. If you are not a current member or are a URecFit and Wellness member and have never created an account, click Sign Up. Fill out the required fields and confirm your account via email. 
  4. Click on "Register."
  5. Review our waiver and click on the box to sign virtually.
  6. Click "Sign Now."
  7. Click "Checkout"
  8. Participants will receive two confirmation emails: an order receipt and a program registration email.
  9. Participants can find the virtual program URL in three different locations. 
    1. The confirmation email including a link and a calendar reminder for Outlook and gmail. 
    2. The URecFit portal profile page.
    3. The URecFit portal program details. 
  10. We recommend registering and joining the class 10 minutes prior to start time to ensure your audio and visual components are working properly.

To Cancel your registration, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to the URecFit Live Portal.
  2. Click on your name located in the top right of your screen.
  3. Select "profile."
  4. Click on memberships on the left side of your screen.
  5. Select cancel on the class you would like to drop.
