• Maintenance of the interiors of buildings, including painting and plastering of walls and repair of floors
• Maintenance of all campus elevators and lifts
• Maintenance and repair of fire and life safety and security systems
• Maintenance of all electrical services and re-lamps as required
• Maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems
• Maintenance support of utility outages for construction
