UMB Signs Memorandum of Understanding with University of Costa Rica

On April 18, University of Maryland, Baltimore President Dr. Bruce Jarrell and Universidad de Costa Rica Rector Gustavo Gutiérrez Espeleta, PhD, signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which will allow the two universities to collaborate on new programs.
