STEP 1
Go to the International SOS UMB portal and log in with your credentials.
STEP 2
Search for your destination city in the search bar at the top left corner of the page. If your destination city is not listed, use the country instead.
STEP 3
For each country you visit, find the city's Travel Risk Rating and indicate it on the International Traveler Attestation Form with Risk Acknowledgement. If one of your destinations has a High Travel Risk or Extreme Travel Risk rating, your International Traveler Attestation Form with Risk Acknowledgement will be routed to International Operations for approval.
