“How to Recognize Implicit Bias”

This workshop will help participants in all health care fields explore how their assumptions impact behavior and choices around communication, innovation, hiring, and organizational culture. Participants will obtain basic knowledge of unconscious bias as it relates to our individual and group identities, thinking styles, and leadership behaviors and will begin to understand how to mitigate the impacts of their biases.
