To submit a request please sign into our Veoci — SPAC Request System using your UMID and password. Once submitted, your request will be routed through our system and a and a member of the SPAC team will review, work on, and complete your request as promptly as possible.

What is Veoci?
Veoci is a ticketing request management system used by several departments in A&F (SSAS, General Accounting, etc.). SPAC first launched an email version on March 4, 2026. If you have previously submitted a request by emailing a SPAC team after that date, then you have already interacted with this system!
What's New?
As of July 7th, 2026 SPAC is implementing structured request forms within Veoci. This will ensure customers get help from the correct SPAC Teams. You will still be able to do everything you were doing before but going to fewer places to do so. You will also be able to see your progress with us!
