The Quantum HCM Change Champions

The current UMB Change Management Network will add new Change Champions for the Quantum HCM Implementation Project. The Quantum HCM Change Champions will partner with the Quantum HCM SMEs as well as the Core Project Team and will be instrumental in achieving successful user adoption of Quantum HCM at UMB. Quantum HCM Change Champions will share the same purpose as other Quantum HCM project team members in that they will inform and empower stakeholders across UMB as they adopt the new system and business process changes with the Quantum HCM implementation.

Roles of a Quantum HCM Change Champion

Leaders from across the UMB community nominated department members to serve as Quantum HCM Change Champions throughout the project implementation. Persons selected to serve in this key role will execute the following responsibilities during their time as a Quantum HCM Change Champion.

Support QHCM Project change and communication efforts within respective department

Partner with the Change Management Team to deliver key QHCM messages to respective department

Provide feedback/surface issues to the Change Management Team from respective department regarding shared QHCM messages

Collaborate with the project team to resolve/address issues and concerns within respective departments

Change Management Activities Timeline

Quantum HCM Change Champions will be an integral part in executing Change Management efforts and activities throughout the course of the Quantum HCM Implementation Project. Throughout the project timeline, the Change Management Team will embed tailored activities to unique stakeholder groups across the UMB campus to increase engagement and create continuous learning both before and after Quantum HCM go-live.
