Project Delivery is collaborating with Design & Construction, Construction and Facilities Strategic Acquisitions (CFSA), and other key stakeholders to evaluate the current Project Management Information System (PMIS). The team is focused on identifying high-priority needs, comparing those priorities against the capabilities of other PMIS platforms, and ultimately selecting a system that best supports the university’s project management goals and requirements.

Project Delivery is partnering with Real Estate Planning & Space Management (REPSM) to configure and implement the Assetworks Space Module within UMB’s existing Integrated Work Management System, commonly known as AiM and ReADY. This migration from the legacy Archibus system to the current IWMS will streamline space data management, improve the efficiency of updates, and provide a more seamless and integrated experience for users across the university.

This initiative is a strategic effort to streamline day-to-day operations across campus service units by equipping them with a centralized, data-driven platform for managing services more effectively.
