About Launch Your Life

Launch Your Life is UMB’s employee well-being program, designed to support the whole person through structured initiatives grounded in five key well-being dimensions. Each dimension is explored over a two-month period to allow for deeper engagement and continuity. Monthly themes align with national health observances and are thoughtfully selected to reflect and reinforce the current well-being dimension in focus. Perform one act of kindness each day this month to strengthen morale, foster connection, and support overall mental well-being. Acts of kindness may be directed toward yourself or others and can be as simple as expressing gratitude, offering encouragement, or taking a mindful pause.
