How to Do Business with UMB
On-Call contracts are bid and awarded without a specific public works project or scope of work in mind, but rather are categorized around general types of anticipated work or trades. They can provide construction services on an as-needed basis for UMB and the University System of Maryland institutions served by our Capital Projects Service Center.
