Payroll Deduction Cancellation

Closures and Alerts

URecFit and Wellness will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

Tuesday September 8th and Wednesday September 9th the pool will have alternate Afternoon hours and open at 12:30pm instead of 11am and will close at the normal time of 2:30pm.  

URecFit & Wellness Payroll Cancellation

Payroll Deduction Enrollments

Payroll deduction payments will be stopped at the end of the next cycle after this form has been submitted. There is a $20 early termination fee (must meet one-year minimum — 26 deductions) for payroll deduction cancellations.
