Registration

The following instructions have been prepared for you to become familiar with the intramural sports registration process. Please follow the steps to properly register your team for the upcoming season. 

The intramural sports program now offers online registration. To register your team, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Create an IMLeagues account ▾

**Note: IMLeagues offers a live support button on the top right corner of all pages, should you encounter any difficulties.             ‌‌

  1. Click here for online registration.
  2. Complete the required information and use your school email if applicable, and click "Sign Up."
  3. You will be sent an activation email; click the link in the email to log in and activate your IMLeagues account.

Step 2: Sign up a team for an intramural sport ▾

  1. Log in to your IMLeagues account.

  2. Skim the mouse over the word "Register" on your User Homepage and look for the "Create Team" link.

  3. All of the current sports will be displayed; click on the sport you wish to join.

  4. Choose the league you wish to play in (Open, Recreational, Competitive, etc.).

  5. Click "Create Team." **Note: If registration has not opened yet for your desired sport, it will automatically create a team in the Waitlist. Once registration opens, you must log in and move your team from the Waitlist to desired Division.

  6. Complete the Captain’s Training, enter all of the necessary information, then click “Submit” at the bottom.

Step 3: Join an intramural sports team ▾

You can join the sport in one of three ways:

  1. Create a Team (for team captains only)
    1. Skim the mouse over the word "Register" on your User Homepage, and look for the create a team link.

    2. Complete the Captain’s Training, enter all the necessary information, then click “Submit” at the bottom.
    3. Invite members to the team.
      1. Click on “Invite Members” line on the theme page; all invited members must accept the invitation to be added to your team.

      2. If team member is already registered on IMLeagues: Search for his/her name, and invite him/her.
      3. If team member is not registered on IMLeagues: Scroll down to the “Invite by Email Address” box and input his/her email address.
          
  2. Join a Team
    1. Skim the mouse over the word "Register" on your User Homepage, and look for the Join team link.

    2. Select a sport, league, and division of your choice.
    3. A list of teams playing in that division will load; select the team you wish to join by clicking.
         
        
    4. Agree to the waiver and fill in all necessary information.
    5. Complete the participants quiz, enter all the necessary information, then click “Submit” at the bottom.
    6. A message will be sent to the captain of the team you asked to join; once the captain has given approval, you will be added to the roster.
        
  3. Join As a Free Agent
    1. You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you would like. You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams, or you can put information about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team.
    2. This does not guarantee that you will be invited to join a team.
    3. Skim the mouse over the word "Register" on your User Homepage, and look for the Join As Free Agent link.

    4. A list of all the offered sports will load; select the sport you wish you sign up as a free agent for.
    5. Select desired league you wish you play in.
    6. Click the “Free Agent” button at the top of the homepage..
    7. Select the divisions you are available to play and click “Submit.”
    8. Complete the participant quiz, enter all necessary information, and click “Submit”
