Juliet Dickerson, MS, is the director of staffing and career services, Office of Human Resources, and of the HR Service Center.
Dickerson began her professional career as a volunteer coordinator for a nonprofit. She transitioned into human resources at the same organization and worked as a high-volume technical recruiter.
Since joining UMB, she has worked on several large-scale projects, including the implementation of three different applicant tracking systems. Her current responsibilities span recruitment, data management, and high-volume processing. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Hampton University, a bachelor’s degree in English from Towson University, and a master’s in administration with a concentration in human resources from University of Maryland University College.
