UMBrella Coaching Program

The UMBrella Group, in collaboration with Human Resource Services, offers the UMBrella Coaching Program, which aims to engage women and those who identify as women in a rich program complete with supportive coaches, networking opportunities, and exclusive activities designed to enhance the coaching experience. 

Since launching in 2017, over 200 women have participated in the program. Each participant engages with a coaching group (which includes one coach and four to six fellow participants) during monthly meetings to discuss career-related topics. The program features learning events, useful self-assessment tools, an UMBrella mixer, panel discussions, and a closing ceremony. The monthly discussion topics for Cohort 5 will be: Starting Your New Journey (Goal-Setting); Taking Charge of Your Career; Building Your Personal Board of Advisors; Networking; Managing Up; Negotiating; and Communicating.
