
The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) Office of Community and Civic Engagement (OCCE) hosts Trick or Treat with UMB.
This free event provides a night of frights, fun, and Halloween activities for youth and families in West Baltimore.
Event Details:
- Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, from 4:30-6 p.m.
- 873 W. Baltimore St. (outdoor lot at West Baltimore and South Poppleton streets)
- The lot opens for setup at 3:30 p.m. Please arrive no later than 4 p.m. to set up your table.
- Student, employee, and partner groups can sign up to request a table at this event. Each group will be provided with one 3x6 rectangular table and two chairs. To help create a festive atmosphere, groups are encouraged to decorate their tables and hand out treats to community members attending the event.
- Groups are responsible for bringing their own candy or treats, decorations, and any additional seating they may need. This annual event draws approximately 300 attendees, and groups are asked to plan to serve up to 200 youth.
- Costumes are optional but highly encouraged to add to the celebration.
