Evidence Inventory Management System (EIMS)

EIMS helps units organize and submit documentation supporting the Middle States Self-Study. EIMS makes it easier to track evidence, manage submissions, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Accessing EIMS

  • EIMS is available through the UMB Portal (Single Sign-On). No separate login is required.
  • All users access the system through the same link, with dual-factor authentication.

Who Uses EIMS

  • Contributors: Upload evidence and associate it with accreditation standards.
  • Managers: Review and approve submitted evidence.
  • System Administrators: Manage users and oversee evidence organization.

Important Dates

  • October 30, 2023 – EIMS opens for submission of evidence
  • March 8, 2024 – Evidence submission due for Working Group third draft
