Evidence Inventory Management System (EIMS)
EIMS helps units organize and submit documentation supporting the Middle States Self-Study. EIMS makes it easier to track evidence, manage submissions, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Accessing EIMS
- EIMS is available through the UMB Portal (Single Sign-On). No separate login is required.
- All users access the system through the same link, with dual-factor authentication.
Who Uses EIMS
- Contributors: Upload evidence and associate it with accreditation standards.
- Managers: Review and approve submitted evidence.
- System Administrators: Manage users and oversee evidence organization.
Important Dates
- October 30, 2023 – EIMS opens for submission of evidence
- March 8, 2024 – Evidence submission due for Working Group third draft
