Dr. Davis will develop a Global Health Leadership concentration within the Post-Master's Doctor of Nursing Practice program to enhance students' knowledge of global health, health equity, systems thinking, and leadership. The concentration will integrate evidence-based practice with structured practicum experiences to prepare graduates to lead systems change and improve health outcomes across diverse populations.
