International Health Law Module for Health Law Practice Workshop

Rebecca will incorporate a global/international health law module into her Fall 2026 Health Law Practice Workshop course that introduces US JD students to relevant international and domestic health laws and systems, in a way that is practically applicable to their health law practice. This module will include a research and writing component, as well as bring in guest speakers for one or more class sessions who practice within the US in a global context. For example, in fields such as health privacy, human subjects research, medical education, and telemedicine, to name just a few.
