Dr. Jones Carney aims to globalize the Master of Science in Leadership for Organizational Change program, which is focused on preparing students to lead institutional equity efforts, by incorporating a comparative module on how organizations in various parts of the world approach issues such as access, anti-racism, and inclusive policy development. Participation in this institute will result in a project focused on expanding students' understanding of justice and leadership in a global context.
