While filling out your work order, please ensure that:
- The content provided is final, meaning it has already been approved by your area.
- The specific imagery you wish to include was attached. If not, we will be in touch to discuss the imagery.
- Your timeline is realistic. Depending on how complex the request is, a project can take up to three or more weeks for us to complete. If you need your project sooner than that, be sure to mention it when we reach out.
- If your project needs to be printed, let us know if you are working with an outside vendor or to use one of OCPA’s preferred printers. Our Design Team will need to know the specifications that theoutside vendor needs.
- Please assign one point person to work with and be the main contact for our team.
