CITS offers the following student services and support:

Graduating Students

One (1) year after graduation, your UMB Office 365 access will be limited to email, calendar, contacts, and tasks.  Your access to all other UMB Office 365 applications including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Skype, etc. will be removed.  Data you have stored in any of the Office 365 applications will be permanently deleted when the change occurs. 

An email with your UMB Office 365 access change date will be sent thirty (30) days prior to making the change.  Please back up any data you have stored in any of the UMB Office 365 applications you wish to keep prior to the access change. 

Students with GoogleApps@Umaryland do not have access to any GoogleApps@Umaryland services removed after graduation.
