CHHS serves as the designated staffing entity for the Maryland Workgroup on Artificial Intelligence Implementation. In this role, CHHS provides administrative support and maintains public access to meeting materials and official Workgroup documents in accordance with Maryland's Open Meetings Act.
CHHS partners with the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law to prepare future leaders in cybersecurity, crisis management, and public health. Through graduate education, externships, research opportunities, and faculty instruction, we connect academic learning with real-world practice.
