In response to feedback that contact information for administrative offices can be difficult for visitors to locate, the Office of Communications and Public Affairs (CPA) web team has developed a new "Contact Box” content type (a "content type" is a template for a piece of content).

With this new content type, visitors to umaryland.edu will be able to find office contact information in a standardized format in the same place on every page.

On this page, you should see a gray box containing contact information for the Office of Communications and Public Affairs. If you're looking for an office's contact information, visit their site and keep an eye out for a similar gray box.

This new content type includes several optional contact information fields, including name, title, email, phone, fax, address, and social media links. All offices that provide services to the campus community have been asked to include the Contact Box on their website(s).
